Title2 ORIGINAL WATERCOLOURS OF MOSTLY TROPICAL BUTTERFLIES,
Descriptionprobably 19th Century, by an unknown artist, competently and well executed and as illustrated, measuring 22x24cms, there are pencilled initials on both sheets but these are difficult to decipher and do not appear to be the same letters, a few slight marks but no bad blemishes, one butterfly image appears to have a 1cm area where the colour may have run, three undersides of fritillaries have silver metallic paint markings, a good opportunity to acquire decorative art work of lepidopteral material.
